Skewer Pork
Ingredients for 4 servings:
a pork
vegetable margarine melted butter or rosemary
laurel
thyme
salt and pepper
Prepare the pork clean for cooking, in tasting with
herbs, salt and pepper.
Insert on the spit after you brush with
vegetable margarine or butter.
Continue to brush even while running.
Towards the end of cooking wrap a piece of bacon in paper plant
insert on a long fork, give fire and when the bacon begins to
burn, hold the fork above the pork.
The drops of lard
inflamed that will fall on cooked meat, making it tasteless and crocking.
The cooking will be about 3 hours, depending on the thickness of
the pork; should be golden and crisp.

CHOP OF PORK WITH ONIONS
Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 kg of pork meat pins
500 grams of onions a little 'big
1 stalk celery
2 carrots
herbs
60 grams of margarine or butter vegetable broth q.b.
(a pleasure, potatoes)
salt and pepper
Divide each other with a knife tip of the pork, then put in a saucepan
with the vegetable margarine or butter, celery and carrots into pieces
and onions.
Leave flavor, add enough broth to cover the
meat and cook, stirring occasionally for slowly not break the
onions for an hour and a half or two.
If the sauce is too liquid, condensing by some flour.
Before the cooking is finished, add to
taste raw potatoes cut into squares.
